Let's Do Some Learning

I am a registered teacher with twenty-nine years teaching experience. I have worked with students of all ages, backgrounds and learning needs.

I have a passion in supporting all aspects of student learning, especially those with Dyslexia. I have significant experience working with individuals diagnosed with Dyslexia.

I facilitate explicit and structured tutoring sessions following the Multi-Sensory Playberry Dyslexia Program, having completed all 3 Tiers of training. In addition to this, I provide support with goal setting, organisational skills and self-esteem development.

I build rapport with students quickly, to the point that they look forward to tutoring. We only move forward with the learning once they have learnt, remembered and can use the content, ensuring that they are successful which in turn builds confidence. Students get a real sense of achievement when they can see that they are smart, can learn and can grow.

I provide sessions throughout the day in a caring and supportive learning environment. Tutoring students from ages 5 to 25.
